Availability and quotes
Start here if you’re checking a date or asking for a price.
How do I check if my date is available?
Send your date, venue and approximate hours through our inquiry form. Our team checks availability and replies with recommendations. You can also open a package on our booking page and request availability from there.
How far ahead should we book?
Book as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Popular Saturdays, conference weeks and year-end parties fill first. Your date is reserved only after booking is complete and the retainer is paid.
How do I get a quote?
Our booking page shows current package pricing for each occasion and booth. For anything outside a listed package, such as several booths, extra hours or a multi-day event, send an inquiry and we’ll put together a quote.
Can you send a proposal or booking link I can share?
Yes. Once we know your event details, our team can send a proposal or a secure booking link that you can forward to a decision-maker or a finance team.
Can I inquire if my date isn’t confirmed yet?
Yes. Only your name and email are required on our inquiry form. Leave the date blank if it isn’t set, and tell us what you know about the event.
Can you help with a last-minute event?
Sometimes. Short-notice availability depends on our schedule, the booth and the timing of your venue’s load-in. Send the details and we’ll tell you quickly what’s possible.
Where do you provide photo booths?
We’re based in Fort Lauderdale and serve Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, plus Naples. Travel or location fees can apply depending on the venue. We serve Las Vegas with the Studio Booth only.
Do you serve Naples?
Yes, by quote. Naples events have a $1,000 minimum for booth, services and add-ons before the $150 Naples location fee, mileage-based travel and tax. Our team confirms the minimum and mileage when we reply to your inquiry.
What’s included
Inclusions differ by occasion, booth and package. The booking page lists everything for each one.
What is included in a photo booth package?
Every package lists its hours, attendant, prints and inclusions on our booking page. Studio packages include professional DSLR photos and studio lighting, unlimited photo sessions, instant digital sharing with an online gallery, one premium backdrop (except Ever After, which includes the flower wall), plus delivery, setup and breakdown.
Is the photo booth attended?
It depends on the package. Studio packages with prints generally include a professional attendant. Digital-only Studio packages, Full-Day Studio packages, the Selfie Booth and the Enclosed Booth are self-service. Each package on the booking page lists its attendant.
Are photo sessions unlimited?
Studio packages include unlimited photo sessions during your booked operating hours. Print allowances differ by package: some include unlimited prints, some cap prints per session or in total, and digital packages include no prints.
Do guests get their photos right away?
Yes. Guests can send their photos to their phone at the booth, as long as a usable internet connection is available. Photos are also gathered in an online gallery.
Are delivery and setup included?
Yes. Delivery and setup are included with each package. Attended Studio packages include breakdown; self-service formats include scheduled pickup or removal. We coordinate the timing with your venue.
Is a personalized photo design included?
Most packages include personalized event photo design, such as names, a date or event artwork on your photos. Corporate packages include branded booth interface and photo artwork. Check the inclusions for your package.
Are props included?
Props aren’t listed as a standard inclusion. Sleigh the Party includes holiday prop signs; for other holiday packages, holiday prop sign bundles are available for $45 per bundle per event. Ask our team about props for other events.
Can we add more hours?
Yes, on hourly packages. Each package shows its base hours and the rate for additional hours on our booking page. Full-Day and multi-day formats are priced differently.
Choosing a booth
Three formats, each built for a different kind of event.
Which booth is right for my event?
The Studio Booth is our open-air studio for polished portraits, with attended print or digital options. The Selfie Booth is a self-service digital kiosk for multi-day runs. The Enclosed Booth is the classic sit-in booth for full-day rentals with photo strips.
What makes the Studio Booth different?
It uses a professional DSLR camera and studio lighting in front of a backdrop, which suits group shots, portraits and brand moments. Packages come in digital-only, attended print and Full-Day formats.
Does the Selfie Booth print photos?
No. The Selfie Booth is digital only and self-service, with a personalized overlay and welcome screen. It suits lobbies, retail spaces and multi-day events.
How does Selfie Booth multi-day pricing work?
The Selfie Booth has a two-day minimum, a set base price and a set rate for each additional day, up to 30 days. Our booking page shows the current rates and an estimate for your dates.
What does the Enclosed Booth include?
The Enclosed Booth is a classic sit-in booth for full-day rentals of up to 24 hours. It includes up to 800 2×6 prints, digital sharing, and digital branding and personalization. It is self-service, with no attendant.
What is a Glam package?
Glam packages use a skin-smoothing filter with studio lighting for flattering portraits. Prints are single-image 4×6 photos, up to four per session, with a professional attendant.
Can we book more than one booth?
Often, yes, depending on availability. Send the details and our team will quote the combination.
Which booth do you offer in Las Vegas?

How much is due to reserve our date?
A 30% nonrefundable retainer reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Your contract sets out the full payment terms.

What is added to the package price?
Applicable tax, travel/location fees and selected upgrades are additional. Travel and location fees depend on the venue.
Do you charge sales tax, and can we claim an exemption?
Your proposal or booking summary shows any sales tax assessed for the selected package and location. Tax treatment can vary with what is provided. If your organization believes it qualifies for an exemption, send valid exemption documentation for review before invoicing; we can’t promise an exemption in advance, and our team can clarify your actual invoice.
Can we postpone or cancel?
Postponements, cancellations and refunds are handled under your signed contract. Contact our team as early as possible and we’ll review your situation.
Do you offer multi-day pricing?
Yes. The Selfie Booth is priced as a multi-day rental, and Full-Day Studio and Enclosed packages run up to 24 hours. For other multi-day or multi-booth events, request a quote.
Can I book online?
Yes. On our booking page, choose your occasion and booth, compare packages, then request availability or continue to the secure booking page for that package.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. Corporate clients can request a proposal and booking details for their approval process. Share any vendor paperwork your company needs and we’ll review it.
Arrival, setup and venue requirements
When do you arrive to set up?
Setup time depends on the booth, the venue and how much access the venue gives us. We coordinate arrival with you and the venue. Setups needed much earlier than your event may carry an extra cost.
How much space does the booth need?
For the Studio Booth, a level area of about 8 × 8 ft works best. Space for the Selfie and Enclosed Booths depends on the booth and your layout, so share your floor plan and we’ll confirm the footprint, with room for guests to gather away from aisles and exits.
What are the electrical requirements?
All booths require an unshared 120V, 15-amp, three-prong outlet within 12 feet of the booth setup.
Do you need internet access?
Real-time sharing needs a usable internet connection at the booth. Tell us what the venue network offers and any restrictions, and we’ll confirm the connectivity plan during planning.
What should we tell the venue?
Share our arrival time, the loading entrance, dock or elevator, the booth location, the power outlet and an on-site contact. If the venue has vendor requirements, send them early.
Can the booth go upstairs or on a balcony?
Usually, with elevator or suitable access. Tell us about stairs, long walks, elevators or tight doors before the event so we can plan the load-in.
Do operating hours include setup?
No. Operating hours are the time guests use the booth. Setup and breakdown happen outside your booked operating hours.
When do you pack up?
Attended booths are broken down after operating hours end. Self-service booths are removed at the scheduled pickup time agreed with you and the venue.
Photos, prints and sharing
What print sizes do you offer?
Studio print packages offer a choice of 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 prints. Glam packages print single-image 4×6 photos. The Enclosed Booth prints 2×6 strips.
Are prints unlimited?
Only on specific packages. Attended Studio print packages include unlimited premium prints during operating hours. Print Full-Day includes up to 400 4×6 prints or 800 2×6 strips, the Enclosed Booth includes up to 800 2×6 prints, Glam includes up to four prints per session, and digital packages include no prints.
Can guests make GIFs and Boomerangs?
Yes, on packages that list them, including Studio digital options and the Selfie Booth. See the experiences page for every format.
How long can we access the online gallery?
Your online gallery is shared after the event. Please save or download the photos you want to keep while your access is open, and contact our team if you lose a link.
Can guests get extra copies of their prints?
On unlimited-print packages, guests can take more sessions during operating hours. Capped packages follow their print allowance. Every guest can also send digital copies to their phone.
Why do Studio Booth photos look so polished?
The Studio Booth uses a professional DSLR camera and studio lighting, so skin tones, detail and group shots look natural and well lit.
Can we get all the photos from the event?
Yes. Event photos are collected in the online gallery. Save the photos you want during your access period.
What other experiences are available?
Depending on the booth and package, options include GIFs, Boomerangs, slow motion, video messages, digital backgrounds, signatures and surveys. Each feature page explains how it works and where it’s available.
Photo design and branding
How does the photo design process work?
After you book, share your names, date, colors, logos or theme. Our team prepares the photo design and shares a proof for your approval before the event.
Can we request changes to the design proof?
Yes. Send your notes on the proof and we’ll revise it. Plan enough time before the event so the final design can be approved.
What artwork files should we send?
Vector logos (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) or high-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds work best, along with brand colors and any brand guidelines.
When do you need our design details?
As early as possible. The timing for your proof and final approval is confirmed for your event during planning.
What is the difference between digital branding and a vinyl wrap?
Digital branding covers the screens and photo artwork and is included in eligible packages. A vinyl wrap is physical artwork on the booth itself and is an optional paid enhancement.
Can the booth be wrapped with our brand?
Vinyl wraps are available as an optional enhancement for an additional fee on eligible Corporate packages. Request a wrap at least 10 days before the event; artwork and proof timing for the wrap is confirmed for each project.
Can the start screen show our event?
Yes. Studio and Selfie experiences can show a branded or personalized welcome screen, depending on the package.
Backdrops, props and upgrades
Is a backdrop included?
Studio packages include one choice from the Premium Backdrop Collection — drapes, crushed velvet, sequins or an existing tension fabric style. The Ever After wedding package includes the flower wall instead. The Selfie and Enclosed Booths do not include a backdrop.
How do we choose our backdrop?
Browse the backdrop collection and tell our team your choice when you plan your event.
Can we have a branded printed backdrop?
Yes. Branded or separately printed backdrop artwork is available as a separate upgrade. Ask our team when you request your proposal.
Is a flower wall available?
The flower wall is included with the Ever After wedding package. For other packages, ask our team about upgrade options.
What upgrades can we add?
Upgrades depend on your occasion and package. Mention the upgrades you’re interested in on our inquiry form and our team will confirm eligibility and pricing.
Are holiday prop signs included?
Holiday prop signs are included with Sleigh the Party. For other holiday packages, holiday prop sign bundles are $45 per bundle per event.
Corporate events and trade shows

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
For Corporate packages: Certificate of Insurance (COI) provided upon request. Share the venue’s requirements with our team.
Can we collect guest data?
Corporate Studio packages include data collection and analytics. Questions and consent wording are agreed during planning.
Can a booth run across a multi-day trade show?
Yes. The Selfie Booth is built for multi-day runs, and Full-Day Studio and Enclosed packages run up to 24 hours. Tell us the show schedule and we’ll recommend a format.
How do we get a Corporate proposal?
Send your event dates, venue, expected attendance and branding goals through our Corporate form. Our team replies with a tailored proposal.
Can our brand team approve the artwork?
Yes. We share proofs for approval, and the timing is confirmed during planning so your brand team can review them.
Weather, accessibility and policies
Can a photo booth be set up outdoors?
Indoor placement is preferred for all booths. Unattended Studio Booths are available for indoor events only. Outdoor setups for Selfie and Enclosed Booths are rarely approved. A Studio Booth with prints and an attendant may be considered outdoors. Every outdoor setup requires Social Snap’s advance approval, level concrete ground, a covered area, a forecast showing 0% chance of rain, and low winds. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval. The attendant may pack down early if they deem the weather inclement. See the contract provided during booking for full details.

Is the booth accessible for guests who use wheelchairs?
The open-air Studio Booth can work well for many guests, including guests who use wheelchairs. Tell us about accessibility needs and we’ll plan the placement and setup with you.

Can a booth be installed for a longer period?
Yes. Studio, Selfie and Enclosed booths can be considered for longer placements. Share your location and timeline and our team will review it.

Can our planner coordinate directly with you?
